I think mechanical engineering has better scope and opportunities. So, you should try to give your best in exams and complete the engineering. It will be good for you in future. -
If you are finding B.Tech difficult, you can opt for the following courses:
BCA
Engineering diploma
B.Sc
BBA etc.
