Can you suggest some top colleges for CSE? I have got 109 marks in JEE Mains and 93.2% in 12th.

My VITEE rank is 10228.

Assuming you are from General, frankly, your Mains will end up giving you nothing. You either need to go for any other competitive exams or private colleges or one year drop.
