Can you suggest some top universities of Canada for MS in CS?
My CGPA is 7.43 with IELTS score of 7.0 (L - 7.5, R - 7.0, W - 6.5 and R - 6.0) and I have 20 months of work experience.

Your score is good with decent work experience. You can look forward to McGill University, York University, University of Saskatchewan\, Brock university, University of Toronto, etc.

Dear Dinesh, Canada is a place where people would have good quality of education & later PR probabilities too. The universities here look at Academics & IELTS is an English Proficiency requirement.
