Can you suggest some universities in US, Canada and Germany for MS in communication engineering?
I have got 318 (Q-167, V- 151) marks in GRE, 98 in TOEFL (25R, 23L, 26S, 23W) and 9.94 CGPA in graduation. I have 3 years of work experience in networking domain.

You have quite an impressive achievement. Perhaps you can get admission wherever you seek. But there are plenty of nuances in the whole process.
