Can you suggest some universities that provides scholarship to international students?

First, the subject of study needs to be mentioned. The university search will be screened accordingly. Further any university in which you are willing to apply will have section of financial aid in their website. Mostly, scholarship is decided upon the complete academic profile of the applicant so it's a subjective consideration we can say. Yet, universities around globe reward good scholarships to meritorious students and in similar accord the applications to German universities are more in number. But, there is no harm in trying to check with other global universities still since with good merit, universities will definitely want to sustain the applicant with them. All the best.
