Can you suggest the best B.Com colleges in Punjab?

If you are looking for a good college in Punjab you should definitely checkout PCTE Group of Institutes which is situated in Ludhiana. I in fact have done B.Com from the same college and believe me it involves a lot of practical exposure. I would personally suggest that research properly before you get enrolled in a college because you would be investing 3 years and its very important to choose a college that would bring the best out of you academically and also in developing your overall personality. These days there are a lot of colleges that adopt the traditional pedagogies of teaching and don't provide hands-on experience. I during my graduation at PCTE Group of Institutes was involved in a lot of practical activities, games, exercises, workshops like RAWAR, Consumer Hub to name a few. Besides this, we were also certified in Tally software and were given industrial exposure. I have heard the college has now established an Entrepreneurship Cell, recognised by the government under which students have already established 6 start-ups which is amazing because the college will help you to start your own business and at the same time the course would educate you on more technical aspects.
