Bangalore is considered as one of the best places to do MBA and choose a bright career. There are many good colleges in Bangalore and the one I personally experienced and became successful is my college AIMS. My college has got the 100 percent placement record. Every year many MNCs come to our college to conduct placements. The salary package offered is also very good. One reason I particularly choose AIMS is that I was the only girl who was encouraged to continue with my education, therefore I want to set an example of myself in my family with good education and placement. Companies like HP, Shoppers Stop, HDFC Bank, Cisco Technology, IBM, Accenture, HCL, Tech Mahindra Future Group, Oracle, Airtel, ICICI, and Vodafone and many more companies came to my college to conduct placements. Our Placement Cell specially focuses on recruitment drive that helped us to gain confidence and face the interview successfully. The salary package offered is also good that students can start a good career. We also had regular training on Soft Skills and Campus Recruitment training where we are taught the techniques to clear all the rounds conducted by the companies. After the selection these companies provide excellent training and the increments after showing the performance is also remarkable. In my college we also had a Soft Skills development laboratory and this helped me a lot in improving my communication and interpersonal skills.
