Can you suggest the best B-Schools in Pune, Bangalore and Mumbai in terms of placements?

I have scored a composite score of 587.5 (65.73%) in MAT Dec'17. I am looking for a college under 7.5 lacs and want good ROI with the best accommodation.

But as per your marks, you should have a good score for the placement package that you will be expecting. There are also good colleges in Mumbai as well but as per ROI which will have higher fee structures as well. For Pune, below is the link provided for the reference: https://www.shiksha.com/mba
