Hi there! You should Prepare with Ncert first, when you are done with Ncert than you can go for books like Hc verma, you should get material of any coaching institution and practise from it well. Hope you got your answer. Regards, Rajdeep Sinha.

You can opt for the books of the publisher like Arihant, Pradeep and Dhanpat Rai. These publishers publish the best books for the Science competitive exams.
