Can you suggest the best college for civil engineering?
My brother scored 52% in his board exams from UP board and he wants to do civil engineering.

If your brother has appeared in UPSEE or JEE Mains then participate in counselling of UPTU and central counselling. Otherwise he should take direct admission in private colleges through management quota.
