According to me, IIM and many private as well as government university are there, which provide you the best admission on the bases of CAT and CMAT examination. If you desire to move out from the home country, I would like to suggest you Australia with the help of consultancy company. -

The best MBA programs are offered by Indian institutes of Management and they offer admission based on CAT scores. Apart from that, there are private business schools. You can write CAT exam to get admission in IIMs.
