Can you suggest the best colleges for B.Tech (CSE)?
I've got 65% in 10th, 69% in 12th, a rank of 10 Lac in JEE Mains, 49000 rank in COMEDK, 59000 rank in WBJEE and 12000 rank in LPU.

LPU is best for CSE and their placements are never to worry about. I have had many friends from the B.Tech CSE dept and I have seen them thrive and hustle hard. And they're in a good place in their careers. And also I can assure you that atmosphere of LPU is completely different from other universit

Some other renowned institutes are - CMI, IMSc and TIFR. In terms of research (especially theoretical computer Science), these are on par with IITs, NITs, IIITs and BITS. Colleges such as VIT, Manipal, Thapar, SRM, etc. Can be ranked after these only (just my opinion).
