Can you suggest the best colleges for B.Tech in ME? I got 60% in CBSE boards and my JEE marks is also very poor.

If your JEE marks is poor, then you should try in private college. There are many good private colleges and universities still alive i.e. SRM, VIT, LPU, RVSCET etc.
