Can you suggest the best colleges for BE in Mumbai and Pune that I can get with 78.75% in Diploma in civil engineering?
The Muslim minority colleges are my first preference and I belong to Muslim (open) category.

Hi,
Muslim is not your cast, rather religion. Please be clear. apply through DTE you may apply to Muslim minority institute where 50% seats are reserved for Muslim community and will make it easier for you to get admission. You should give preference to reputation of institute also.
