Can you suggest the best colleges for English honors that I can get with 70% in class 12th?
I belong to OBC category and have its certificate too.

You have scored reasonably well in your 12th exam. English honours is a good course to do. After this, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to work. But it's a language and you must give enough time to learn.
