Hi Ravikant, Firs thing is that from where do you want to complete your executive MBA: India or abroad. In India, the best B-school given your work experience would be IIM- A/B/C and ISB Hyderabad. You can check their websites for more details and other eligibility conditions. Further, you can also apply for foreign colleges in Asia and Europe/ US. Some of the best options under executive MBA are: Kellogs, Trium, INSEAD, Wharton, etc. Additionally, it also depends on which specific B-school you are targeting. Every School has its specific conditions. Eg: IIM C / B: 5 Years work ex. + Graduation + Valid GMAT Score. Now a higher GMAT score &amp; work experience will always come handy when applying at TOP B-schools. Further, it also depends on what kind of experience you have: Is it versatile or is it in a particular industry: depending on that college will give weightage to it. Like, ISB gives more weightage to versatile experience based on International standards.
