LLB Eligibility: Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

If you want to opt for best law colleges then go for NLUs and then go for entrance exams like CLAT. After clearing that, you will be getting the admission and you can opt for it. You can also pursue LLB after completing UG.
