Can you suggest the best colleges in terms of placement? I scored 21613 rank in JEE Mains and my home state is Madhya Pradesh.

You are eligible for SGSITS, IET DAVV with your favourite branch. These colleges have very good placement records with high packages. You will definitely get a seat here.
Also, you can try for Jabalpur Engineering College which is also a government college and has a good placement record.
