Hello Bhisma,
In Uttarakhand, the exam name for lateral is UKSEE, in Delhi, Indraprastha University conducts the exam of lateral entry. In Uttar Pradesh, LEET exam is conducted every year. Moreover, some universities also conduct their own entrance exam for lateral entry. You can also apply in VIT.
