Can you suggest the best colleges that offer the B.Tech CSE program? I have 88 percentile in JEE Mains.
I got 73% in Class 10 and 63% in Class 12. I am from the OBC category.

You have got a great percentage. You can try college in Chennai and Bangalore or you can try for the college in Vijayawada etc.
