There are many best colleges in India for CSE. Some of the colleges are as below

2 IIT Delhi
3 IIT Bombay

If you want to join CSE then you should opt for Bangalore as it is the silicon valley of India and there you will get more job opportunities after completing your CSE. I strongly recommend these colleges for your engineering course.
