Can you suggest the best electrical engineering colleges as I have completed my HSC from Mumbai University (commerce)?

I think you should first specify either private or government colleges. For electrical engineering, there are good private colleges like SRM VITEE etc. And, in Maharashtra some government colleges are also good.
