Can you suggest the best engineering colleges in computer science stream with 2.3 lacs rank in IIT Mains? I can't spend more than 4 lacs.

Sorry but your chances are less to get any NIT because your rank is too low.

I am not looking to get into any NIT. But, I would like if you can suggest me some good private college in India. And, if you have a list also that would be great. Some of the colleges that I have searched, fees is in the range of INR. 2 Lacs per annum (which is too high for my uncle) and also place
