Dear Vamsi, No college can be termed the best. First option for every engineering aspirant remains IIT. After that comes NIT. But one may find his course available better in some other institute too. One institute may have good course curriculum but not placements, the scenario might be vice-versa in other institutions. -

5. NSIT
6. BITS Pilani.
