Can you suggest the best MBA colleges after completing B.Com? I have scored 62% in B.Com.

There is no good MBA college which gives admission only on the basis of one's graduation scores. You need to compulsorily give one or the other entrance exams(among CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, etc) whose scores are accepted by that college as well as appear for their further interview rounds(if selected).
