Hello,
Sharda University and Galgotias University are good option for you if you want private college in Delhi for B.Tech.

Apart from government colleges like IIT, DTU, NSIT, NIT and MAIT (Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology) affiliated to GGSIPU are ranked amongst top 10 private colleges, else JSS-Noida and Galgotias University-Ghaziabad would be a good option for you in private colleges.
