Can you suggest the best universities abroad to pursue MBA?

Budget - 10 To 15 Lacs (Including Living) Duration - 1 or 2 years I’m ready to write IELTS exam. The country should provide me with job after I complete my degree. I mean job market for abroad students should be in good position. Country laws should be lenient.
