Can you suggest the best universities for MBA-HR in India other than IIM (A,B,C)?

Private standard universities like Christ University, Jain University, etc.

JBIMS, XLRI are some the greatest colleges for HR. They produce gems and the placement is also pretty great.

Rather than IIMS, the best universities/Colleges for MBA-HR is LPU, Manipal University, Chandigarh University, Chitakara University are the top universities as per my knowledge. You go with any of the above, they all are best.

You should not use the word best when you do not mean the best. Jain Christ all falls under the private institute for making money and in one or other reason for controversies including earlier in the list of blacklisted deemed universities.
The top ranked institutes are all tier 1 institutes like: SCMHRD, TISS, XLRI, NMIMS, etc. where you need to be in above 99 percentile to get it and the second choice remains tier 2 institutes.
