Delhi University, BHU, IIT Delhi, Allahabad University NIT Trichy are best for UG in Physics Hons.

IISC, Bangalore, IISER, Pune IITD, IITKGP, IITK, IITB, IITR, IITM, BITS Pilani, etc. are some top universities for B.Sc and M.Sc Physics. All these Institutes have three Entrance Exam. You can find their details on their respective websites. Also check out the link below for some other top Colleges

The link I Attached is of Top 10 Colleges for B.Sc and M.Sc. Also, the colleges I mentioned are top universities for B.Sc too. They all have their Entrance Exam.
