Just to correct your question, there are no colleges when you come to CPL, you usually do a CPL course from flying schools. Flying schools charges are based on fuel prices, fleet, instructors, navigational facilities available, ground classes and the infrastructure available. There are many flying clubs in India that offer CPL training, the once which you should try firstly are as under: 1. Still for Cessna 152 the per hour charge is approximately INR 7000 - 9000. For Cessna 172 it ranges from INR 9000 - 11000. And for most multi engine aircrafts the per hour charge ranges from INR 15000 - 20000. You will have to complete 200 hours to get a CPL license issued by DGCA India.
