Biotechnology is a three-year degree programme. In the first two semesters the focus is on the core subjects of biotechnology to ensure a good grounding in the fundamental concepts. Specialization is offered in the second and third year.
The course contents cover all aspects of the applied and core biotechnology including molecular biology, genetic engineering, plant and animal tissue culture, bioprocess technology, advanced microbial technology, intellectual property rights and patents, industry relations and entrepreneurship etc.
    Good luck.
