The eligibility criteria is the minimum qualification required for a candidate to become eligible for admission to MBA courses of XLRI. As a proof of eligibility, candidates must hold the relevant documents or mark sheets. For XLRI PGDM course admission, aspirants must meet the criteria mentioned in the following table:
PGDM Course Eligibility Criteria PGDM (BM & HRM) A three-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university. Additionally, an aspirant should be completing their final exam by Jun 10 of the admission year. PGDM (GM) A valid three-year bachelor's degree from a recognised university in India/abroad in any discipline. Additionally, applicants should have a full-time job along with at least five years of managerial experience as of Mar 31 of the admission year. -
At the postgraduate level, XLRI - Xavier School of Management offers PGDM courses to students. Admission to various postgraduate courses is based on merit, group discussion, Personal Interview rounds, and various entrance tests. The eligibility criteria for PGDM is a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate and the accepted entrance exams are XAT, GMAT, and others.
