I am a graduate from NIT-Durgapur in chemistry. I want to do Ph.D in chemistry from Europe.

Apart from IITs and NITs, there are many other reputed Universities for chemical engineering.
As you wish to do Ph.D, I hope the following list of colleges would provide you a better base:
