Can you suggest the procedure to get admission in MIS of Singapore University to pursue MS?
I'm a BCA graduate with 60% and I have 6.5 in IELTS.

Which university of Singapore are you talking about? There is no 'Singapore University' as such. Google the universities in Singapore and post relevant questions.
