Can you suggest the top civil engineering colleges in Karnataka through lateral entry for a DCET ranking below 5000?

All the colleges mentioned above by Mallikarjunaswami are good colleges for civil engineering but NIT-Suratkal and Manipal doesn't give lateral entry through DCET.
