For a distance M.Sc (IT) degree, you have options like IGNOU, Universiry of Madras, etc. These are Govt. colleges which only provides books for learning and an e-portal. I would suggest you to check Sikkim Manipal University (if you do not have financial constraints) as it is one of best option in t
