Can you suggest those CMAT colleges which take low amount of fees and gives high package?

In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply. The Training and Placement Unit of the Institute is responsible for providing world class job opportunities to the undergraduate and postgraduate students after graduation for suitable jobs in the industry and various private and public sector organizations. No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time.
