first of all, analytics is not taught as a course rather as a training in Mumbai, Vivekanad education society offers 2 years PGDM in analytics in Association with SAS which is a good option
no point on doing any certification course including from IIM unless they give you job guarantee -
Some IIMs like Calcutta and Bangalore offer analytics courses. Also, Praxis Business School is an emerging analytics institute.
