first of all, analytics is not taught as a course rather as a training in Mumbai, Vivekanad education society offers 2 years PGDM in analytics in Association with SAS which is a good option
no point on doing any certification course including from IIM unless they give you job guarantee

Some IIMs like Calcutta and Bangalore offer analytics courses. Also, Praxis Business School is an emerging analytics institute.
