Surely! Some of the Indian colleges offering B.Tech. with a low fee structure and with eligibility criteria as follows:
Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi: The approximate fee is around ?64,000 per year.
Eligibility: Passed 10+2 with minimum aggregate marks of 60% in PCM.
