    You can't expect Greek as a language of instruction in medical colleges anywhere in India unless it's a heritage college, though there are none. Similarly, you must be ready with English and other language spoken in Italy means Italian if you want to pursue MBBS there

    No, MBBS in Italy is taught in Italian language.
