Is this course tough: interesting or not? As I have no interest in biology. And I did not study bio seriously in 9 and 10th.

Yes, you are eligible for doing B.Sc agriculture. Main subjects in Agriculture include horticulture that deals with garden crops, plant pathology, Microbiology, genetics, statistics, extension, management, etc.
