Can you tell me about cbse additonal subject exam i have passed 12th cbse boards this year with pcm,eng,CS,PHE and want 2 appear for bio exm

I failed in maths but was pass as overall due to physical education.i i'm interested in bio .plz tell me the procedure for additional subject cbse exam in bio in 2016.and how will i get the practical marks?
