Can you tell me about dual degree course after 12th in IIT? How much percentage is required in 12th?

I have a good marks in JEE Advanced but not 75% in 12th as I have only 67%.

    IIT offers dual degree after 12th that is B.Tech plus M.tech and the total duration is 5 years , you need to have minimum 75% in class 12th or you should lie in top 20 percentile of your respective board in 12th to get into IIT
