    It is an global security certification. You can work as a white hacker who prevents people from bad hackers. It is provided by EC-council and others also like SANS but I will recommend you to go for EC-council. Fee is around 25000.

    Ethical hacking means tricks, which are not illegal. Institutes may teach you some entry level tricks of hacking while you join the course.
    For more, you have to do full course or advance ethical hacking.

    For ethical hacking, you have to pursue CEH course from a renowned institute and also complete the CEH certification.

CSSRL provides various training programs in cyber security including Certified Web Penetration Tester. The fees listed on CSSRL website is 20000 INR. Similarly details of other programs are also listed on website.

    Your academic background is badly required to suggest any befitting and effective course. There are so many Institutes offering CEH. To what extent that will add on your employability, I don't know.

    According to me, you should do CEH course from any reputed institutes like Udemy, Koenig Solutions. The course is in demand. Freshers can earn up to 25K or more than that.
