Hello Pradeep,
You should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Hackers mean "thieves". No company would hire a thief to steal other company's data as that could land them in serious legal trouble. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name

But you can't disguise the fact that ethical hacking is a very important aspect of IT, after all, you sometimes have to think like "thieves" to save yourself from thieves.
