Hello there, the main difference is the admission requirement, you see MBA is designed for experienced professionals and most MBA programs will want applicants to have as many years of work experience. Graduate Diploma is an entry level to PG courses, not essentially in the same level as PG or MBA. You can say its more advanced than UG.
