SAT is an International level Aptitude test to test the reasoning abilities of students applying for undergrad education in USA. It is conducted by College Board & happens 6 times in a year. The fee is 103.5 USD & the scores are valid for 5 years. It has 3 sections - Critical Reading, Quantitative Maths & Writing with an optional Essay. While there is no age specific for attempting the SAT, we suggest early summers (May/June) of class 11th in most cases.
