    The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) holds the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Exam for the appointment of candidates in Grade B and Category posts at various Government Ministries, Departments, and Offices. The entire process of registration and communication will be online through the official website of SSC CGL.

    SSC CGL is considered to be one of the biggest examinations to be conducted for graduate students in India. SSC conducts SSC CGL every year to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in its Subordinate Offices. The CGL 2018 Exam is expected to be conducted from 04th June to 19th June 2019, the vacancies for which were not announced by the SSC. SSC CGL Notification will be released on 31st October 2019.     There are basically 4 sections in SSC exams - Verbal Ability, DILR, Quants and GK. Verbal Ability:
    Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. It will also help you to get in touch with basic vocab. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do a proper analysis of articles on the editorial page. Try to make a summary of articles that you read para by para. You can switch to the book called WORD POWER MADE EASY by NORMAN LEWIS. DILR

    The SSC CGL examination is conducted to recruit graduates into various central government ministries and departments.
    The examination will be conducted in four tiers as indicated below:
    Tier Type Mode
    Tier I Objective Multiple Choice Computer Based (online)
    Tier II Objective Multiple Choice Computer Based (online)
    Tier III Descriptive Paper in English/Hindi Pen and Paper mode
    Tier IV Skill Test/Computer Proficiency Test Wherever Applicable
