Can you tell me about the foreign universities that I can get?

I'm doing Diploma in mechanical engg. I want to do a Bachelors degree in aeronautical engg. from a foreign university.

This is good though of higher education but I think if you have good base in mechanical you should pursue Bachelor in mechanical engineering because Very large PSUs offer job in mechanical.
