Can you tell me if I can go for masters on scholarship, will it cover up my expenses?

I recently completed my Eng. honors from La Trobe University, Australia. My first two years of engg. have been in SRM university, India with a CGPA of 9.17 and only for last two years my percentage is 68%. Now I'm looking for a masters in architecture or construction related field on scholarship.
